All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time of purchase. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (PST) or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid any delays in processing your order. If there are any issues with your order, our customer service team will contact you for clarification before proceeding.

2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to ensure flexibility in delivery timeframes. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (US only):
    Delivery time: 5-7 business days
    Cost: Free for orders over $50; $5.99 for orders under $50

  • Expedited Shipping (US only):
    Delivery time: 2-3 business days
    Cost: $12.99

  • Priority Shipping (US only):
    Delivery time: 1-2 business days
    Cost: $19.99

For international orders, please note that the shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location. During checkout, you will be provided with the available shipping methods and rates based on your shipping address.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping times may vary, and additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that Luxegleams is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by customs procedures or international shipping carriers. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately after shipment, as it may take up to 24-48 hours for tracking data to be updated by the carrier.

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, Luxegleams cannot guarantee delivery dates, as factors such as weather, carrier delays, and holidays may impact shipping times. Please allow additional time for delivery if your order is placed during peak seasons or around major holidays.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Orders placed with P.O. Box addresses will be canceled, and we will contact you for an alternative shipping address.

Luxegleams also reserves the right to refuse shipping to any destination if we deem it necessary due to shipping restrictions or other logistical concerns.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. As mentioned earlier, Standard Shipping is free for orders over $50, and Expedited Shipping or Priority Shipping comes with additional charges.

8. Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with your local postal carrier for further information. In some cases, packages may be left at a neighbor’s house or in an alternative location.
