Refund and Returns Policy

At Luxegleams, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality eyewear and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange under the terms outlined below.
1. Return and Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, your purchase must meet the following criteria:
- Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Eyewear must be returned in its original, undamaged case and packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt, must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customized or personalized items, including eyewear with prescription lenses or engraved details.
- Sale or clearance items, unless defective or damaged during shipping.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@luxegleams.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) along with instructions on how to return the product.
- Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including any accessories, instruction manuals, and proof of purchase.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the RA.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If your item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for us to complete the inspection and issue your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and any discounts or promotions applied to your order may be adjusted in the refund amount.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend following the return process and placing a new order for the desired item. Returns will be refunded as outlined above.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@luxegleams.com. We will arrange for a return at no cost to you and ensure that you receive a replacement or a full refund.
- Damaged items: Please provide a photo of the damage along with your return request. We will either replace the damaged item or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
- Defective items: If the item is faulty, we will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a repair, replacement, or full refund.
8. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@luxegleams.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation. Once the order has shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.
